 " A true friend is a gift from Heaven", but an artist you can paint with on the same piece of paper at the same time is an angel in disguise. Pam Lee and I have been collaboratively painting for 3 years. And yes, we stand ( or sit) side by side and work on the same painting at the same time. The trust and give and take that is required to share a most personal thing such as painting is ever growing. This is seen in the growth of the pieces we are producing. The 3 first of these collaborative paintings were purcahased by the State of Wisconsin through the percent for art program and are part of the permanent collection in Camp Douglas, Air Force Base. Much of our inspiration for the pieces comes from the bluff and river landscape we are so fortunate to see daily. |   |
